Your donations will help provide urgently needed funds to support Sandy Springs Education Force’s COVID-19 Response. Students missed several months of personal interaction and assistance due to the pandemic. SSEF is planning to provide a supplemental literacy program this summer to help fill in any gaps. |
Clothing and Household Goods will be Donated to Charity Recycling Services for No Charge
Electronics (non-working or working will be wiped clean on recycle day) will go to eWaste ePlanet for a minimum donation of $15 per car to SSEF. Please bring exact change, check or pay online via the orange button via this link on our Donate page and bring your donation receipt.
eWaste ePlanet will require additional, per pound charges to recycle some items. (See below for details.)
Both companies recycle everything. Nothing goes into a landfill.
CLOTHING/HOUSEHOLD GOODS DRIVE
No Charge for clothing/household donations. SSEF will be paid by the pound by Charity Recycling Services. All details are listed on this flier.

Please have all items in plastic bags and any breakable items should be in boxes.

If you have children’s /young adult books, please have them in a separate box for the SSEF Mini Libraries Program.

We will be collecting: all types of clothing, shoes, boots, all athletic gear and clothing, backpacks, luggage, purses, briefcases, sheets, towels, draperies, books, decorative items, stuffed animals, trophies, small appliances and household items.

We cannot accept furniture, bed pillows or mattresses.

- Accepted Personal & Corporate Electronics: Laptops/Desktops/Servers, Hard Drives, Monitors, IT Equipment, Cellphones, Printers/Copiers/Scanners/FAXS, Flat-screen TVs, Phone Systems, Business Phones Systems, Networking Equipment, Power Distribution Systems, Lab & Medical Equipment, Point of Sale Systems, Small Electronics, (microwaves, DVD Players, Cameras, Projectors, etc.), Ink/Toner Cartridges, Circuit Boards, Cords and Cables.
- Certificates of data destruction-CODs are available at no charge for 10+ non-end-of-life computers, servers and hard drives. Please box, tape and provide all contact information.
Additional charges payable to eWaste ePlanet are incurred for the following. A scale will be on-site to weigh these items and the per-pound charges for these items to be recycled can be paid directly to eWaste ePlanet. Please bring cash, check or charge card for them:
